Every Summer, Mount Laurel Township hosts a summer concert series where local groups play at Laurel Acres Park. Starting off the 2020 series was the Golden Eagle Community Band, playing a variety of tunes from Hollywood Film Music to Rock. Because of COVID-19 concerns, circles were painted on the grass 6 feet apart so that families attending the concert could socially distance and enjoy the music.
The next concert will be tonight, Thursday July 30th at Laurel Acres Park. The Sara James will be playing. In 2014, Sara founded the Sara James Music Foundation is a non-profit that provides music lessons to low-income children who have a passion for music.
